1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 456bo website accessible at 456bo.io and any associated mobile-optimised version, together with all games, betting services, account services, cashier facilities, and support systems made available thereon.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a 456bo account and uses the Platform for gaming or sports betting purposes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating a 456bo Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 456bo with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

2.3 456bo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. 3. Eligibility

3.1 You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the 456bo Platform. This age restriction applies regardless of the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction.

3.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that all registration information you provide is accurate, truthful, and current.

3.3 You must not be a resident of, or currently located within, any Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform. 456bo accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by the Player.

3.4 You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close associate of 456bo or any of its affiliated entities. Such individuals are prohibited from holding a Player Account or participating in any promotional offers on the Platform.

3.5 You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from 456bo, whether by self-exclusion, Platform-imposed closure, or any other mechanism. Attempting to re-register following an exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

3.6 456bo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 456bo may result in account suspension pending verification.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited.

4.2 You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Any change to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be reported to 456bo support promptly. 456bo may request documentary evidence of any change.

4.4 456bo reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

4.5 Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer an Account will render it immediately void.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for the security of your 456bo login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your registered device. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 456bo will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 456bo support immediately.

5.3 All activity conducted through your Account, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested, shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 456bo of suspected unauthorised access promptly upon discovery.

5.4 You must notify 456bo support immediately if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, or if any registered payment method has been lost, stolen, or used fraudulently.

5.5 456bo employs 256-bit SSL encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and SMS-based two-factor authentication to protect Account data. Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for all Players.

6. Deposits

6.1 456bo accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available deposit methods may vary and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

6.4 456bo does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment service provider (for example, bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. These charges are not controlled by 456bo.

6.5 Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering may be subject to an inactive account fee if the Account remains dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. The applicable fee schedule is published in the Account settings section of the Platform.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 456bo Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly forbidden under all circumstances.

7.2 Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and, where required, proof of address issued within the last three months. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. Any balance below the minimum withdrawal amount remains available for wagering.

7.4 Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

7.6 Winnings generated entirely from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms for that offer.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 456bo offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives at its sole discretion. All such offers are subject to their specific promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer on the Platform.

8.2 Unless stated otherwise, standard Wagering Requirements on 456bo bonus funds are applied at a rate of 30x the bonus amount. Players must wager the bonus the required number of times using eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

8.3 Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower percentage rate, as specified in individual promotional terms. Some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.

8.4 Bonus funds are subject to a maximum single-bet restriction of ৳1,000 (or the equivalent in Bonus Funds) while a Wagering Requirement is active. Wagers placed above this limit during an active bonus period may be voided at 456bo's discretion.

8.5 456bo reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on all outcomes of an event to guarantee a profit, using low-variance strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any other pattern of behaviour that 456bo reasonably determines to be abusive.

8.6 Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers at any time by contacting 456bo support. Once opted out, bonus funds will not be credited automatically and the Player must explicitly request re-enrolment.

9. Gaming Rules

9.1 All games available on the 456bo Platform are powered by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently audited and represent the long-term statistical payout of each game.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456bo Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform without the express written consent of 456bo.

11. Responsible Gaming

13. Limitation of Liability

13.3 456bo's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 456bo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 456bo's negligence, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14. Termination and Account Closure

14.1 You may close your 456bo Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no withdrawal holds are in place.

14.2 456bo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

14.3 Upon closure of an Account due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds, pending bonus-derived winnings, and funds obtained through Prohibited Conduct shall be forfeited. Real-money deposits not tainted by prohibited activity will be returned following a compliance review.

15. Amendments to These Terms
